Eligibility for Return
Products must be returned in original, unopened, and unused condition, with all seals intact and in the same condition as delivered.
In case of wrong product delivered, damaged item, or near-expiry products (expiry less than 3 months), a return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.
Change-of-mind returns (where the customer no longer wishes to keep the product) are subject to approval and may attract restocking or handling charges.
Products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, or customised are not eligible for return.

Our team will review and verify your request and share the return instructions (pickup or self-shipment).
Securely pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice and send it to our designated return address.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as wrong, damaged, or near-expiry product).
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited to the original mode of payment (or via bank transfer/UPI for Cash on Delivery orders).
If you opt for an exchange instead of a refund, the replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item is received and approved, subject to stock availability.
Wellness, skincare, health, or hygiene products that have been opened or had seals broken.
Products returned after the specified return window.
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or alteration by the customer.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Eligible items may be returned in accordance with this policy after delivery.
