Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund or Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially consumed wellness, skincare, supplements, or consumable products are not eligible for return or refund.

You may request a refund or replacement within 8 days from the date of delivery if:

  • You received a wrong or damaged product

  • The product is defective or near expiry (less than 3 months from expiry date)

  • The product is significantly different from its description on our website

Important:

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling

  • Products returned after 8 days from the date of delivery

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance, unless received damaged or defective

  • Digital services, consultations, or e-services once the service has commenced

  1. Contact our support team at info@ribiorganics.com within 8 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos (mandatory for damaged or defective items).

  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide return instructions.

  4. Once approved, please ship the product back in its original packaging, including the invoice copy.

Return Shipping:

  • Ribi Organics will bear return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product).

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Partial refunds may apply if only part of an order is returned.

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info@ribiorganics.com.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Eligible products may still be returned as per this policy.

  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Please recheck your bank account or payment application.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at info@ribiorganics.com, and we will assist you promptly.
